Frihet Holdings LLC provides long form valuations to small and mid market companies as the cornerstone of our investment decision process. Our Business Analysts require a long form valuation be submitted in conjunction with any application for financing. Because Frihet does not base financing decisions on business owner's personal guarantees, we require a long form valuation to show a certain minimum value profile to complete a funding request.

We also provide long form valuations for companies seeking an unencumbered perspective for legal review, pre or post sale, annual reviews, estate planning and more.

AVAILABLE VALUATION PRODUCTS

LONG FORM VALUATION: Our signature product! Asset based or stock based. A long form valuation is often used for internal purposes such as planning for sale, conducting annual reviews, or for obtaining lender financing. This type of valuation is required for pending litigation, IRS audits, partnership disputes, gift/estate planning, and for sellers, buyers, or lenders that are planning for the sale of a business. Frihet's senior business analysts will utilize 11-12 valuation methodologies, industry analysis, demographic studies, plus a nationwide comparison of businesses sold in the same industry to generate an accurate snapshot of your businesses value in it’s present state.

UPDATE VALUATION: If we have already conducted a valuation for your company, during a prior year, before capital improvements or prior to a merger or acquisition, an update of your valuation may be recommended. We will work with you to create the same valuation report as previously purchased. This valuation may be more rapidly available based on the extent of the changes in your business and the background information currently on file from your previous valuation. Updated valuations are often referenced in a leveraged buyout or management buyout to show how capital improvements to the company can adjust the stakeholder position based on increased or decreased corporate value as a result of the new leadership.
